Excel to access

Can anyone help me out here I am looking for a way to
either share an excel spreadsheet on a lan so that
multiple users can input data to it or export the excel
sheet to access and grant multi user acces over the lan
the OS is win98 second edition also a couple of win2k and
the office app is office 2000, please help

Here is how to fix your issue:

1, Create a new Access DB on the LAN
click FILE
click GET EXTERNAL DATA
click LINK TABLE
point it to the Excel Spread sheet
2. this will create a table link to the excel spreadsheet
3. Allow your users to update the linked table in access (it will handle you
file sharing issues)
