Excel to delimited txt file in UTF-8 char-set

Dear All,

Is Excel capable to save to a delimited text file in UTF-
8 char-set format? I have searched around google group
and yahoo, etc... but noone seems to have the answer. It
would be really apreciated if someone can help me out of
this.
