Excel to Word to PDF workflow

Dear all,

I have searched for hours, but did not find the right information so far. I'm organizing a conference and would like to automate the following workflow:

1. We have a big Excel (2013, Mac) spreadsheet with names, position, organization etc.
2. We would like to automatically import this into the Word invitation letter template (with fields, this part is still easy)
3. We would like to automatically save this Word invitation with the right fields as a PDF with the file name "First name, last name - Personal Invitation to the XY Conference" (i.e. again using these spreasheet-imported fields as values in the PDF title)

Does anybody know if this is possible as an automatic workflow? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
