I recently upgraded to Excel 08 given your recent addition of manual error bars....thanks for that....
When I launch Excel from the Dock or by double clicking the Excel Icon, Excel tries - it seems - to open every file type that I have opened that day.
Specifically, I get a series of error messages b/c Excel tries to open Word, PDF, and picture files even though I have not clicked on those files.
It is almost as if Excel o the: Apple->Recent Items-> Documents section of Leonard and tries to open all those documents.
If I click on OK enough times I can eventually open Excel and then eventually a document. This same phenomenon occurs even I drag an Excel file to the Dock Icon.
Any thoughts? Thanks for your time.
