Excel Unable to access the Microsoft Office Project Portfolio anal

Hi,

We have a MS Project Server (2002) environment
which we have been running for approx 1,5 years now.
Currently one user has an issue when trying to access the OLAP Cube with MS
Excel. However, the same user _can_access_ the cube using Internet Explorer.
To my mind this rules out any access right issues and leaves us with MDAC
version incompatibility (the user has MDAC 2.8 installed on Win XP SP 2
machine.) or other possibilities.

Could anyone help me out?
