Excel v2010 compress picture

hi,
i was tried to record the compress the picture procedure in Excel v2010. however, seems this function can't be recorded and also can't see the solution from 'help'.
may i seek for your ideas?

i have tried the code like this, but seems it doesn't compress actually....
