excel vertical text help

I am trying to make the text in an excel cell vertical
and horizontal. I can not find the change text direction
button like I use in word. How do I change the direction
of the text? Thanks! This is driving me batty.

I'm not sure if XL version will make a difference, but try Format --
Cells -- Alignment.

I don't understand "vertical and horizontal", but try looking in Format>
Cells> Alignment> Orientation.
