Excel Viewer 2003 Security upate KB914451 failed Error 0X80070643

I have Excel Viewer 2003 11.0.6412.0. Security Update KB914451 is downloaded
and has been trying to install since March 14/06 without success (36 times).
I have received Error message 0X80070643. What is wrong and how can I
correct this situation?
