Excel viewr's capabilities?

I have an Excel (2002) workbook that has extensive vba code...will the
Microsoft Excel 97/2000 Viewer open and display the workbook properly,
including running the macros and code? I am hoping to deliver the
workbook to some users that do not have excel installed on their PC.

The Viewer will open and display/print the workbook.

Macros and code will not run.
