Excel - visual basic

I have office 200 professional. When I upgraded to Windows
2000, I had to reinstall it. Now when I open Excel, a
Visual Basic sheet opens up and wants to debug something.
Each time I have to cancel and close VB before starting
Excel. I have removed and reinstalled twice without luck.
Any advice on how to remove VB?
