EXCEL Warns of Truncation

LJ

Greetings,

I can select a single row or column in excel and then select copy. I now get
a popup window from excel that warns "The picture is too large and will be
truncated."
1) What is possible causing this condition
2) What can I do to prevent it?

I am in a standards worksheet. I am not dealing with a 'picture' so the text
of the message is troubling. And to amplify the annoyance, the window
requires not one but two clicks to clear from the screen.

Since you haven't bothered to mention which version of Excel on what
operating system or anything about your system specs it's rather hard to
speculate. The source of your message also suggests that you may be using a
Windows system, whereas this is the Excel for Mac newsgroup. If you are
using a PC you'd get more immediate response in the Win Excel group:

My apology for neglecting the tech details:
Windows XP 5.1.2600 SP3
Office 2003 SP3 for Excel
