Excel will not display properly after using Access

Hi,

I am using Office XP on Windows 2000.

After I run Access, if I try and open an Excel file without Excel already running it will not disply the file. The file is open, but it only displays the top portion of the application, not the actual spreadsheet. If I open the Excel file with Excel running it is fine.

The only way I can figure to get out of this mode is a restart.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? It is really affecting my throughput at work.
