We are having an issue with Excel 2007 that has happened on a number of our
Windows XP workstaions.
1. Excel is opened and data is entered.
2. Other applications are opened in front of the Excel window and worked in.
3. Excel is selected from the teskbar to bring it forward to continue Excel
work.
4. The Excel window is blank, no ribbon, no cells, no info, only the
minimize, maximize and close buttons in the upper right-hand corner which all
work.
5. No matter how long you wait the screen never "repaints" the Excel
information.
6. The only option available is to click the Close button or right-click and
close from the Taskbar.
Has anyone else seen this or have a solution?
Thank you,
Tim
