Excel Windows to Mac (Office 2007 to Office 2008)

I had a spreadsheet with conditional formatting in my Windows Office 2008 Excel. It was formatted with the different cells given different colors based on the numbers represented in the cell. In Mac Office 2008, this is stripped out. Why cant I not do this auto feature? It is a fantastic tool.

Yes, it is a fantastic tool; but did not make the cut for this version of
Mac Excel 2008. Use the Send feedback option from the Help menu to express
your disappointment to Microsoft.
