When using my pre-installed Microsoft Excel to revise a spreadsheet that I
imported from Microsoft Works on Windows 98SE I can't insert a new row (I can
insert a new column). When I select the row and click on "Insert " then "Row
" I get the message: "To prevent possible loss of data Microsoft Excel cannot
shift nonblank cells off the worksheet. Try to locate the last nonblank cell
by pressing CNTRL+END and delete or clear all in cells between the last cell
and the end of your data. Then select cell A1 and save your workbook to reset
the last cell used. Or you can move the data to a new location and try again."
To me this message in meaningless. Any suggestions?
