excel - word - outlook -2007 mail merge problem

Hi guys ,

I have got email id's in excel sheet ... i am trying to merge it wit
word 2007 and send email through outlook 2007

Now what happens lets say i have 2000 email id when i star
sending/uploading mails in outlook after some email id , Emails sto
uploading in outlook outbox and word documents gets hanged .....

also at present i manually check all the links and email ids are ok ..
Is there any formula which i can use in excel sheet to chck if emai
id's are properly formatted ...

Please help guys ...
