Excel Workbook tabs are clear

After I installed MS Office 2003 Standard Edition on my computer the tabs in
Excel appear to be clear. The only way you can tell which tab is sellected is
the font changes to bold. There is no difference in color of the tabs. I have
tried using the CD to repair the install. When that didn't work I removed MS
Office and reinstalled. If there is an option selected that is causing this,
I can't find it. Has anyone else had this problem?
