I have a very long linked excel spreadsheet that I want to appear
sequentially over 20 or more ISO A0 sized visio pages.
I assume the easiest way to do this is to setup the first page correctly
with formatting, then duplicate the following pages, manually scrolling the
spreadsheet to the next range of cells for each page.
Problem I'm having is this is this: The excel window displays a fixed number
of rows rather than a fixed pixel length. Occasionally a portion of the
worksheet will contain a large number of tall rows, and so the spreadsheet
runs way off the page. I don't want to have to adjust the height of the the
linked object on each page. Is there any way to change this behavior? I've
tried protecting the dimensions but then the text gets all squished.
Is there a better method to accomplish what I'm trying to do? (Reason for
using Visio at all is so I can place excel tables inside our company's
Visio/AutoCAD title-blocks)
Thanks in advance,
David
