Excel worksheet in a report

I have created a database for comparable sales for use in real estate
appraisal. Right now I can export the sales to an excel worksheet where i can
compare 3-5 sales on one sheet, make percentage adjustments (ex: 10% of sale
price for location) and arrive at a final value.

What I want to do is creat a report which presents the subject data in
detail and then shows the worksheet with the comps and adjustments on teh
same page. Is this possible?
