Excel Worksheet & OneNote

Using MS Office 2007

Is there any way to insert a functioning Excel worksheet into a OneNote page
(much like one can do in MS Word)?

OneNote does not allow object embedding as you describe. To work in an Excel
sheet that is inserted into OneNote, you can only do so from within a
separate instance of Excel (running as a second program outside of the
OneNote interface).
