Excel worksheet stop calculating; no answers

One of my Excel worksheets still shows the calculation
but refuses to compute and show answers. As it is part
of a larger workbook I use, I would like to fix it.

I do get my calculations answered in other sheets; just
that this one reverted to showing me the calculations
where it used to show answers. Formatting the columns
again does not seem to work; it pays no attention.

How do I fix this?

Thanks

P.S. This worksheet works just fine if I copy into a new
workbook/page but I would like to fix it if I can. As I
said, it shows formulas where it once showed answers.

Formatting the cells/columns again does not work.
???

Thanks!

On the sheet showing the formulas, select Tools - Options -
View. Under "Window options" is Formulas checked? If so,
uncheck it and I think you'll be okay.

If you select a cell and press F2 and Enter after that is it working then??

Try to do an edit>replace and replace the equal sign with the equal sign,
yes replace = with =,
I have found that doing so will many times force the formulas into formulas
and not text strings
