Excel X - unlock cell

In past versions of Excel I could unlock a set of cells, then protect the
worksheet and only the unlocked cells could be changed by the user. This
does not seem to be available in Excel X. In the Format Menu there is no
option to select a cell or cells to unlock them. Any ideas?

It works fine. Select the cells, and choose format-cells and go to the
protection tab. Set the protection and then protect the sheet.

Should have no problems. Try again.
