Excel XLSTART

When ever I reinstall Office (2007/2010) I have the same problem. Excel
changs whole the links, to other workbooks adding:
"'C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART\" instead of the
right address :"'E:".
For example:
"'C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART\Represent\Mortage
Banks Interest\Shor\[Shor-Loan.xlsm]Sheet1'!$L$9"
intead of: "'E:\Represent\Mortage Banks
Interest\Shor\[Shor-Loan.xlsm]Sheet1'!$L$9
Who can I fix this problem avoiding the necessity to change whole the links
sources?
