Mr. L
We have an XML file that we are trying to open in IE. Every time we try and
open this with a restricted user we will get an error. "Action canceled, IE
was unable to link to the Web page you requested..."
When we try this same file with a power user the file will open fine. We
have several group policies in place and we have dug through them all trying
to find the key to allowing the file to open in IE.
I've also tried to compare registries to see if I could find anything
pointing to this issue.
The only group policy setting that looks like it could cause this issue
would be the "Prevent access to drives from My Computer - restrict A, B, C, D
drives only".
But, the file is not located on the local PC. It's located on a shared
network drive.
Any help on this would be great!
Thanks,
