Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)

I am new to Excel and Apple coming from Windows XP. I am having difficulty in getting a continuation page (Page 1 of 2) using Excel and the credit card sheets in the gallery. When using XP and money the next page just followed on when you came to the bottom of the previous sheet, but in Excel this does not seem to happen.
Any help will be gratefully received.
