Where did the file come from? How are you trying to open it? What update
level of Office are you using? What version of the OS?

It was on my desktop, I saved it last night. It has an xlsx extension
update level: 12.1.4 (080930)
OS 10.4.11

The current version of Office is 12.1.5. I suggest you download the latest
update from Mactopia and try again after installing it.
