Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel When using Excel for workbook documents, I format completed documents for view and printing (like word processing document plus columns & equations, rather than filled cells only and using report).

I create Headers (multiple column) with graphic font/size/etc. and layout. I also copy/paste sheet one to subsequent sheets, and rename sheet tabs to month or year.

When copying one sheet to the next, the page layout (margins, etc.) does not transfer, the column spacing will if I use top left corner "select all"and paste (? what it's called), but the customized headers do not paste.

I have tried copy/paste in every way I can think and I can not have duplicate headers go onto each subsequent sheet.

Relatively new Mac user and very frustrated x-PC user, non-computer techie. If you have an answer, use baby words. ; D I'm sure this will be chalked up to "O/E".

(Please don't tell me I have to make my forms using some other program - I just learned this and I think my brain would explode.) ; )

Review the Excel Help topic "Copy or move a sheet". If you copy my dragging
the tab for the sheet, the page layout will go with it.

And look at the Excel Help Topic:

"Repeat column headings on each page of a printout"

Hope this helps

Thank you so much, John.

I think I accidentally found that last year, but forgot all about it! Will make a little reminder to myself until I make it second hat.

Again, thanks!
