I want to make a calendar based on 13 4 week periods.
I want my staff to be able to make notes on each day as part of a marketing
plan. They will list what they will do each day or week ECT.
They are then to report at the end of the 4 weeks how much was actually
completed with the results.

I am very new to Excel and really can’t make anything.

Anyone have a template that might be easy for me to make into what I need?

Trent:
I have occasionally set up calendering in Excel, but I have usually
gravitated back to the "tables" features of MS Word. I believe that your
requirement will be well-served with that.
As I recall, if you go into File | New | New Document | Templates |
Templates on Office Online, you will find that some of the Word calendars
make provision for marking up the various days.
If you want to create from scratch, which I usually do, set up a table 8
cols. wide, so as to have a cell in the table for things at the week-level.
In general, you can set up a Word file so that "collaboration" is enabled.
Staff will then be able to act as "reviewers" and enter comments, log-in
actions taken, etc.
