Every file written to a cd is readonly normally. To reset that, you need to
copy the file to HD and change the property (rightclick the file in explorer,
select properties).
If you want to avoid this, you can first zip the file, then save the zip to
CD. The zip file will be readonly, but the file(s) inside not.
