Excel97 crash on start

I have Excel 97 worksheet with some buttons and macros on it. When I copy it to other employee computer he can start it only once because next time excel crashes on start. Grrrr..
We have Win2000Pro stations and I found that problem could be somehow related with permissions because with full rights this problem doesn't appear.

I think that solution lies in registry because Word97 have analogic bug with proofing tools (KB257643).
