Excel97 encountered error during print preview using Win XP

I've got a user on Office 97 running on Win XP Pro. When she does a print
preview of an Excel 97 file, it throws out an error message saying whether
to send or don't send this report to Microsoft. I've asked her to copy this
workbook to a new workbook but problem still persists. Any ideas? Tks.
