Can not open file from shortcut on desktop. When double
clicking I receive, "cannot find the file C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Desktop\ filename.xls. Make sure
the file name and pathway are correct and that all
required libraries are available.

Is the file in C:\Documents and
Settings\administrator\desktop\filename.xls? It could be
that if you are logging on as a user with no admin rights,
you won't be allowed to go into the admin profile.
