Excell and Acrobat

I'm hoping someone can help me, I have a slightly odd
problem. When attempting to print to PDF from within
Excel 97, the print preview is fine, but the finished file
always has the first page blank and the subsequent pages
are ok. If I insert a blank page as the first page it
still prints blank, but the information I wanted is on
page 2 and so on.
Any help would be appreciated,
