Excell spreadsheet gets cut off

How can I bring in an entire Excel spreadsheet into a word
document without having it cropped. We are selecting the
desired cells, selecting copy and then bringing it in via
Paste Special into Word. Some columns are getting cut-off
after it is pasted, yet if we double click the entity, the
enitre spreadsheet is there, but we must use the slide
bars in order to see the "hidden" rows and columns. When
we exit this "editable" version the pasted document
remains as it was last viewed in the "editable" version.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Patrick,

Let's start with which version of Word we're dealing with.

And have you tried dragging the "handle" (square on the
right-hand side) while you're in Excel editing mode to make
it wider?

How many columns are being displayed, and how many do you
have?

Hello Cindy
Thank You for taking the time to respond to this post.
The versions of the programs are Word 2000 and Excel 2000.
The excel document is 18 columns across and 40 rows in
height. The last 4 to 6 columns get cropped. I will try to
manipilate the "handle" as suggested.
Thank You again.
Patrick
