Excell Spreadsheet Problem

Dave

Ladies/Gents,
I have a new problem inputing data into an Excel
spreadsheet, using W2K and Office 2K Pro.

For some reason, when I input a whole number such as "1"
and hit enter, it is registered as "0.01". I have played
with all the normal cell formatting options and nothing
corrects the problem.

This problem only occurs in one computer. I have taken a
new spreadsheets created on this corrupt computer and
tried it on other computers and they are OK. Likewise, if
I take a spreadsheet from another computer that is working
fine and try it on the corrupted computer, it has the same
problem, when I try to enter data.

I have tried the Excel "Detect and Repair" feature as
well as removing and reinstalling Office 2K Pro.

Anyone have any ideas

Thank you.

Best Regards

Dave

Thanks Andy,
It did the trick. I sure don't know how that box got
checked. I have never open that feature before, and I am
the only one using the computer!
Thanks again,
Best Regards
Dave
