This can not be done solely with Excel. You will need either a macro or
AppleScript.

If you are not familiar with either it is beyond the scope of this forum to
teach you how to program in either language. If you can specify exactly what
you want to do, and your operating environment, I, or others here may be
able to give you a quote on coding it for you.
