excelxp error report when printing

All-

This is a strange problem and one that has been fixed in
the past by recreating the user's windows 2000 profile,
but I'd like to avoid that if possible.

When he tries to print or print preview a spreadsheet
using Excel XP he gets the "encountered a problem and
needs to close - report to microsoft?" dialog.

I applied OfficeXP SP1 to no avail.

Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
