ExcelXP ref. mem. "read" RANDOM error

I get an instruction at "0x300d653e" referenced memory at "0x00000128". The memory could not be "read" EXCEL.EXE - Application Error. It's very random, though. Hard to reproduce and I'm not sure if it's always that same mem address. I can even be away from my computer and it will error out while I'm gone. It doesn't seem to matter what document is open, either.
