Exception error in Excel 2007

We have 2 computers running windows xp home with latest updates. We have a
couple Excel files that worked in Excel 97,2000,2003. Now that we have 2007
(with latest updates) we get this error when working in the excel files.
Exception information code 0xc000001D, flags 0x00000000, record 0x. This
behavior started immediately. Do the files have to be rewriten using Excel
2007. Thanks Kelly
