Exception in Outlook 2003

When I start my Outlook 2003 I get an error stating Common Language Runtime
Debugging Services. "Application has generated an exception that could not
be handled. Process id=0xf20 (3872), Thread id=0x208 (520). Click OK to
terminate application. Click CANCEL to debug the application. "
Then I click OK. Then when I restart Outlook the second time, it works.
Business contact manager is in "disabled items". I tried to reinstall
Business contact manager but the problem is still the same.
Can you help ?
