Exception processing message...?

When I was using newly installed Word (Off Pro 2007), an exception message
came up:

Exception Processing Message c0000013 params 75b6bf9c 75b6bf9c

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Is there anyone from Microsoft who can help? I haven't seen a response to

i got "exception processing message" c0000013 parameters 75b6bf9c 4 75b6bf9c
75b6bf9c

typed it into the search engine for microsoft help and support and no
results turn up? is there a database i can use to figure out what it means
and how to solve it?
