I have an ongoing issue that several users continure to have periodically. They will recieve an email or series of emails that are recieved fine by our Exchange server (Version 6.5 (Build 7638.2: Service Pack 2), but it will not sync properly with the Exchange client. When the problem occurrs the end user will get an error stating that thier username or password is incorrect. When further investigation happens we find that a particular email is to blame and when it is deleted from the account then all is well and Etourage goes back to working as normal.
