Exchange 2003 DR with SP2

i am currently documenting our exchange 2003 procedure.

i can run the exchange setup with /disasterrecovery however when i try and
run SP2 with the /disasterrecovery switch it states i do not have
permissions!!

i do not have full exchange admin rights (large multi national), if i
install sp2 in the normal way it installes fine. (does anyone know if there
is a spacific exchange permission required to run the DR switch on SP2.

Try asking in the microsoft.public.exchange.admin group. This group is for Outlook issues.
