Exchange 2003 - Mixed Mode vs. Native Mode and Outlook 2001 for Ma

Despite the subject heading, this really is more of an Outlook 2001 question
than an Exchange question.

We are considering making the switch from a mixed mode Exchange environment
to native mode. We currently have a few hundred Mac users on Outlook 2001 in
both OS 9 and OS X Classic. Our only hesitation in making the mode switch is
these Mac users, since we don't know if there will be any impact to them.

Can anyone help me determine what we should do?
