Exchange 2003 - Outlook Alias

I am running Exchange Server 2003, Outlook XP. When sending a email to an employee, and typing their name in the To: box the users full name shows up and their alias. The alias name is wrong. I change the email address in exchange 2003 server AD, and the wrong alias still shows up.

Delete the name that pops up to clear it from the nickname cache.
