Exchange 2003 OWA allow viewing public calendars????

We're migrating to Exchange 2003 server soon. Does that version's Outlook
Web Access (OWA)allow public, anonymous viewing of public folder CALENDARS?
(Only for reviewing purposes, not to post anything.) If so I can drop all
my other ideas in another thread herein, and I assume it would be live data,
not a static web page created months or weeks ago, but live and accurate
when you first entered the site.
