Exchange 2003 recipient policy not deleting 3610 spam

I've set recipient policy to delete mail from the junk mail folders after 60
days.

But, about the half the spam we get is forward dated (mostly May 14 3610),
and is not deleted by the recipient policy.

Is there a fix? Is there any way around this? What do you suggest?

Your question may be better answered in an Exchange newsgroup which will be
