Exchange 2003 Standard? Or Enterprise?

I will be looking into upgrading to Exchange Server 2003 this year. I will
be making it a fresh install on a new rack mount server with Win2003.

Question...our organization is around 80 Exchange 5.5 mailboxes now and do
not see a massive growth at all. Will Exchange 2003 Standard be enough? Or
might I consider Enterprise? I understand with Standard you are limited to
a database of 16GB, is this enough for 80+ users?

Thoughts?
