Exchange 2003 with Calendar Using AutoAccept Agent

Hi. I am a first time user of this site.

I have an Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003 on the desktop.

We are a law firm and I am trying to create a Master Calendar that everyone

will post appointments to as they add them to their personal calendars. I
have created a resource user/mailbox. I have installed the Microsoft
AutoAccept Agent and registered the mailbox that I created. You can send
appointments to it and they are created, updated or deleted per your
appointment request and the proper response is sent.

Here is where the problem is. As this is going to be a master calendar,
there may be multiple entries for any given time. The AutoAccept Agent will

accept the first entry at any given time, but if that entry was sent marked

as busy then the AutoAccept Agent refuses all other entries for that time.
If the entries are sent marked as free, then it will accept multiple entries

for that time.

My question is there a way at the server or on that mailbox's calendar to
forceably change all entries to that calendar to be added as free so that
the AutoAccept Agent will continue to accept ALL entries?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Rex Poland
