I have about 150 users all connecting to exchange via outlook
since the upgrade to office 2007 a number of people are getting
prompted for their credentials when outlook tries to automagically
connect to XC 2007 via the autodiscover wizard
strange is that autodiscover works for at least 95 percent of our
users, whereas a number of users has troubles no matter what I try
when I revert them back to outlook 2003 all works fine again
nothing is to be found in the logs (that I know of) on the mailserver
or the client
is there some way I can log or debug the outlook connection wizard?
outlook is configured thru policy to use Kerberos authentication and
uses cached mode on workstation and online mode on the citrix servers
everything is up2date as can be thru WSUS
